Support the BEN application in:
- ID creation, deletion
- Rate Card allocation
- Project creation, deletion
- Generating various MIS reports
- Period beginning & Period end processes.
- Responsible for Operational queries related to BEN time sheets
- Manage day to day activities related to service delivery and targets to ensure smooth functioning of the process
- Responsible for productivity and quality.
- To liaise with the stakeholders on a daily basis and take proactive steps to meet goals for the day.
- PMO activities like MIS on a weekly and monthly basis to management.
- Responsible for process improvements and driving change.
- IT Delivery Governance / GT&A Architecture Governance Support Activity
